Below you will find a compilation of frequently asked questions as they relate to the various packages we offer. You can view them all or select those that you are interested in. Many of the FAQs have tutorial videos to accompany the specific question.

How is My Account Data Stored?2018-10-31T20:16:08+00:00

We use MySQL as our database application. This is an open source relational database structure and is arguably the most widely used database model on the Internet. Certain customer data is encrypted using SALT cryptography. Salts are used to safeguard passwords and data in storage. Historically, such information was stored in plaintext on a system, but over time additional safeguards, such as salt was developed to protect a user’s private data against being read from directly from the database system. Once the application decrypts information using the slat algorithms, that data is transported to the user’s browser via 256 bit SSL encryption. Credit card data is never stored on the server. This is handled by Stripe. We maintain PCI compliance with all our efforts.

As defined by Wikipedia, a Virtual Private Server (VPS) is a virtual machine sold as a service by an Internet hosting service.

A VPS runs its own copy of an operating system (OS), and customers may have superuser-level access to that operating system instance, so they can install almost any software that runs on that OS. For many purposes they are functionally equivalent to a dedicated physical server, and being software-defined, are able to be much more easily created and configured. They are priced much lower than an equivalent physical server.

Yes! We use industry standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) certificates provided by COMODO and our servers and source code is scanned by McAfee Secure on a daily basis to insure there is no malware and our network is secure. We also monitor for DDos attacks using both hardware and software firewall appliances to safeguard our network and your information.

Our Pricing

Our pricing structure is not based on the number of members you have, but the number of physical locations you may have as well as hardware and server configurations. Our core application features are included in every plan.

Can I Use My Own Domain Name?2018-10-31T20:21:07+00:00

Yes! You can have your own personal domain or sub-domain if you subscribe to the Gold or Platinum plans. The silver plan comes with a custom EZ Manager sub-domain such as https://you.ezmanager.io. You will receive an SSL with either of these options.

The application offers several ways in which to communicate with your members. We would encourage you to watch our training videos and look over the core features we offer to everyone.

Every plan comes with an unlimited number of members and a lot of other unlimited features as part of our core application features. You will want to be sure to look over our list of core features to discover more.

Can I Invoice My Members?2018-10-31T20:29:35+00:00

Yes! You can invoice and track payments within the EZ Manager. The application uses Stripe to process credit card payments or you have the ability to manually mark invoices paid in the system if you prefer other methods of payment. But invoicing and tax calculation are all part of our core application features.

What is Phone Support?2018-09-21T23:28:18+00:00

Platinum Package subscribers will be given a phone number for personal technical support during normal business hours PST. You may also submit tickets online through our integrated Zendesk ticketing agent. According to our Service Level Agreement, we will strive to assist you as best as possible.

Can Members Book a Conference Room?2018-10-31T20:46:43+00:00

Absolutely! Members can book conference rooms in real time and see which rooms are available in real time. Members and Administrators can manage reservations and see how many hours of reserved bookings they have utilized over the course of the current month. There are many powerful booking tools built into the application as part of our core features.

How Do I Manage a Room Reservation?2018-10-31T20:48:24+00:00

Both members and administrators can manage the room reservations that have been made through the dashboard. Bookings can be edited, copied or deleted. However, only administrators can manage reservations that have expired. This ensures that room reservations cannot be cancelled by members after the start time has expired. Since our booking engine is done in real time, once a booking’s start time has expired, that reserved time slot belongs to the member who made the reservation, and such time can be considered billable time, as that time slot is no longer available to other members. If the reservation was made by mistake, administrators and staff members can remove an expired reservation, within in the same calendar day, and the time will not count against the members allotted reservation time assigned to their profile.

How Many Locations Can I Have?2018-10-31T20:49:41+00:00

If you are a subscriber of our Platinum Package, you can have an unlimited number of locations or venues. Each location can have an unlimited number of members and each location has access to all of our core application features as well.
